MC Products was founded in 1966 when two aerospace
engineers, one a volunteer firefighter, recognized the need to
monitor the water level in the tank of the fire pumper. The then
popular mechanical gauges were prone to failure and the
replacement was often a broomstick.
The four light water level gauge was the result of many evenings
spent working in the basement. The MC Products Four Light Fluidmeter
marked the beginning of electronic instrumentation in fire apparatus.
It was soon apparent that a need had been met. The very first gauge
that was sold is still in service today.
MC Products was purchased by Emergency Services Holding
Inc.(E.S.H.) in 1994. With this change came an onset of new
product lines with a continuing commitment to customer service.
Firefighters, world-wide, recognize MC Products gauges as an
industry standard. MC gauges are known for the high visibility of the
gauge lights in sunlight and in darkness.
Accuracy and reliability are always the number one concern.
Products are constantly being improved to bring state of the art technology
to the fire industry.
MC Products' customer service and service departments are the
